World Debut of P0.4 Flip Chip COB Display Screen! State-of-the-art Technology Leading the UHD Micro-pitch Display

On May 10, the 4-day International Smart Display and System Integration Exhibition (ISLE 2021) had its brand opening at Shenzhen International Exhibition Center (Bao’an New Hall). At this exhibition, Cedar Electronics released the world’s first P0.4mm UHD micro-pitch flip chip COB 2K splicing display, 2/3D integrated DCI-P3 color gamut flip chip COB film and TV screen, and the new generation flip chip COB Obsidian Series products.

P0.4 flip chip COB 2K splicing display screen is the symbolic achievement of “Key Technology Development and Application Demonstration of Ultra-high Density Micro-pitch LED Display” project in the “13th Five-Year Plan” National Key R&D Program undertaken by Cedar Electronics, and is the industry’s minimum pixel pitch product-level LED display screen, representing Cedar’s another breakthrough in UHD micro-pitch display in China.

The world’s first polarization 3D integrated package TV grade display product based on flip chip LED is compatible with 2D/3D display and meets DCI cinema standards, which is of great significance for flip chip COB large display product to enter the three-dimensional era.
