Leading the Industry and Bursting into Gorgeous Bloom| Cedar Electronics Shining at ISE Netherlands Exhibition with a Full Range of Flip Chip COB

From February 11 to 14, the high-profile top audiovisual technology exhibition in Europe - ISE Netherlands Exhibition was held in Amsterdam RAI Center, attracting system integrators, distributors, designers and professional visitors from all over the world. At this industry event with new products and technologies, Cedar Electronics made an impressive debut with the strongest products of its flip chip COB series, subverting tradition with technological prowess and leading the display trend again. 

At this year’s ISE, Cedar Electronics showcased the full range of flip chip COB displays, which had significant advantages, covering high reliability, high-definition display, super size, ultra high density, high brightness and contrast, area light display, low temperature and energy saving. A variety of differentiated and innovative products were exhibited, becoming the focus of exhibition area and attracting many customers. Open design was adopted for the booth, which could maximize the use of limited space, and perfectly deduce the sense of technology, modernization and space with the clever integrated space layout while presenting the advantages of products. 

Full Flip Chip “Infinite” Series Leading the Future of Display

As the mass-produced high-quality products with mature application, the full flip chip COB “Infinite” series products are supported by a number of owned technology, which not only have the advantages of flip chip COB display products, such as high stability, high reliability and high protective performance, but also have excellent display effect. They can be applied to different fields, and meet the application demand of big scenes and large size. The pixel pitch of the main display that uses the full flip luminous chip in this exhibition is 1.5mm, with the contrast up to 20,000:1 and brightness up to 2000cd/m2. It is the best choice for large HD display application scenarios such as command center, dispatch center, radio and TV broadcasting, education and health care, commercial display and so on.

Immersive Experience of P0.8 Arc Curved Display

The curved display based on Cedar Electronics’ flip chip COB technology, with the pixel pitch of 0.8mm was also exhibited. C-type arc fixed box body independently designed by Cedar was used on this product, which had smooth shape and lines, and were both technological and beautiful. They could guarantee the seamless splicing precision of display module to the greatest extent. The biggest feature of this product is the magnetic module design, supporting easy front maintenance of display module. The inner arc design semi-surrounds experiencers. The clear and smooth picture, the brightness of 2000cd/m2 and the extremely consistent picture can bring the audience an immersive experience. In addition, the display effect of “area light source” can more effectively reduce optical radiation and suppress moire effect, ensuring no granular sensation of pixel and greatly improving the viewing comfort.

Ten Small Pitch Flip Chip COB Covering All Industry Applications

In this exhibition, Cedar continued the previous style and brought 10 small pitch flip chip COB products, with the pixel pitch covering 0.8mm-3.3mm. It was the enterprise with the most complete category of small pitch products. When the whole LED display industry was striving for micro pixel pitch, Cedar Electronics led the industry in technology. In the first half of 2019, Cedar completed the technology research and development of 0.5mm pixel pitch, passed the mid-term acceptance of the “Key Technology Development and Application Demonstration of Ultra-high Density Micro-pitch LED Display” project of the “13th Five-Year Plan” National Key R&D Program with excellent results, and achieved mass production of 0.7mm pixel pitch. At the same time, Cedar Electronics was more focused on the applications of segment market and real needs of customers to cover the entire industry applications with the most comprehensive and professional small pitch COB products and become the leader in the COB field.

Focusing on COB to Become Industry Pioneer

As early as in 2013, Cedar Electronics completed the application of a patent for the wafer inverted integrated LED display package module. At present, the company has applied for more than 140 patents in COB-LED display technology, reaching the highest level in the industry. It is the only enterprise that has mastered the core patents of the whole COB display chain. In 2018, Cedar launched flip chip COB prototype for the first time, and in 2019, released and produced the whole series of flip chip COB products at scale.
